Lemon Drizzle Loaf Cake – One of my personal favourites and an original bake of mine – If you like strong lemon you’ll love this. A lemon loaf cake drizzled with a lemon syrup to give that added extra lemon flavour.
Banana and Chocolate Loaf Cake – Otherwise known as Banana Bread with added chocolate to make it even more delicious!
Coconut and Lime Loaf Cake – Inspired by a musician I decided to trial this coconut and lime loaf cake, gives the taste and feeling of being at a beach on holiday.
Carrot Loaf Cake with a cream cheese frosting – A delicious combination of carrot, sultanas and orange combine to make this delightful tasting treat. £12 (Carrots in picture don’t come as standard, this was a special order)
These would also make a great present as they are wrapped beautifully in cellophane just like the chocolate stirrers.
